Starter sites typically launch in about 1–2 weeks; larger builds depend on scope. Either way, you get a clear timeline before any work begins.
At checkout: the build fee plus your first month of care. Work starts after a kickoff call where we scope the project together, and if you change your mind before that call, you get a full refund, no questions. Creating an account charges nothing. If you'd rather talk it through before paying anything, book the free call first.
Every build includes the care plan: hosting, monitoring, security, and ongoing updates. It's how we keep your site fast and current after launch. It's month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime. Since we host your site, canceling takes it offline, but we'll help you move it elsewhere if you'd rather.
